Three organizations.

One shared mission.

Built by people committed to access for all. Each partner brings distinct expertise to one shared mission: creating consistent opportunities for people of all abilities to move, connect, and belong.

The mission and the people

More than a workout.
A recurring opportunity to participate, connect, and belong.

A monthly adaptive movement initiative designed to create consistent access, practical support, and genuine community.

Together, we create consistent opportunities for people of all abilities to move, connect, and belong.

How this started

Marlon and Mziya met four or five years ago, when she was starting REIZ Adaptive Fitness and before the mobile gym existed. They stayed in touch while building their own work, and Mziya's ideas for community events eventually brought them together. Through that work, Marlon met Andrea, already organizing outings for her clients on her own time. Their first adaptive fitness event showed the three of them what they could build.

What each brings

Mziya brings lived experience, deep community connections, and a working knowledge of the nonprofit world.

Andrea brings her expertise as a physical therapist and a clear understanding of what participants actually need, alongside the vendor and client relationships that hold an event together.

Marlon brings an athlete's approach to training, and the mobile gym that carries the experience into the community.

Each of them saw the same gap, and saw they could serve it better together: a welcoming place where people can move, be challenged, and feel supported.

Our goal

Where this is going

A year from now, we want Movement for Every Body to be Austin's biggest and most supportive adaptive fitness event, and we want that support to continue beyond event day, whether through access to physical therapy, useful online resources, or other ways to help participants keep moving forward.

Adaptive movement

Coach-led experiences designed to meet people where they are.

02

Community connection

Events that bring people together in accessible, familiar spaces.

03

Ongoing support

Resources and relationships that continue beyond the event.

Why this exists

People are ready to take part.
Too few opportunities are built to meet them where they are.

01

Limited Funding

Programs often lack the consistent resources required to serve participants month after month. That affects the people, equipment, spaces, and practical support needed to create recurring opportunities.

02

Limited Access

Transportation, equipment, safe spaces, and convenience can prevent people from participating. Bringing equipment and event infrastructure into familiar community spaces helps address those practical barriers.

03

Limited Support

Too few organizations provide ongoing, adaptive movement opportunities beyond clinical care. Participants need qualified support, community relationships, and recurring ways to keep moving and connecting.

What we do

We bring the experience to the community.

ALL IN Mobile Fitness, REIZ Adaptive Fitness, and PTwithDrea combine coaching, lived experience, healthcare knowledge, and community leadership. The mobile gym supports that shared mission by bringing equipment and event infrastructure into familiar community spaces. Every detail is coordinated so participants can focus on moving, connecting, and feeling supported.

Accessibility

The right space creates room to participate.

Events are designed around practical accessibility so more people can participate with confidence. Accessible parking and entry, restrooms on site, safe movement space, and an indoor backup are considered together so the location supports the experience rather than becoming another barrier.
